Banking

Proven in the toughest process and ready for the next

Master the most complex document process in retail banking, and you have a pipeline that reliably automates the simpler ones.

Use cases

Different processes, one platform. Any bank, any size.

One engine, reshaped for every case - the same platform behind them all.

  • Financial planning

Tax returns, pension fund certificates, account statements - structured and ready for the advisory meeting.

  • Portfolio check

Custody statements from any bank, in any layout - positions extracted and normalised.

  • Document extraction & validation

Every document read, its data extracted and validated against the expected content.

The hard part is the unstructured

Banking is structured: core banking systems, defined fields, databases. The bottleneck is not this structured data - it is the unstructured documents that arrive at the start of every process. That is where HypoDossier comes in: turning unstructured documents into structured, verifiable and directly reusable data.

This has been proven in the toughest case - mortgages. From that foundation, the same platform scales reliably into every further process.

Integration

HypoDossier works as a specialised SaaS layer for document processing - cleanly separated from the systems it feeds.

HypoDossier can also be used standalone - with no integration into surrounding systems at all, and live in around three weeks.

HypoDossier is a processing tool, not a long-term archive: once the data has been handed back to the system of record, it is deleted on schedule and the deletion is logged.

All data is processed exclusively in Switzerland - aligned with FINMA requirements, ISAE 3000 certified.

  • API-first, clearly separated responsibilities
  • IDs, lifecycle and long-term storage remain with the bank
  • Clean, structured data handover to the target system
