Industries

Wherever decisions depend on documents.

Document-intensive decision processes exist far beyond banking. Any domain in which relevant information is spread across unstructured documents, multiple parties, different time periods and inconsistent formats - and which must meet the highest standards of data protection and data security - is a fit for HypoDossier.

Sectors

Many domains run on one platform

The platform is pre-trained and ready to use. New domains only require configuration, not a rebuild.

  • Pension funds

Application and benefit assessment, income validation, estate settlement. High document volumes, strict regulatory requirements.

  • Health insurers

Benefit claims, reimbursements, medical certificates and invoices. High document volumes structured, decision bases prepared.

  • Insurance companies

Policies, benefit claims. Complex case files structured, decision bases prepared.

The hard part is the unstructured

Scans, photos, e-mail attachments and PDFs often hold critical information as pixels, running text or tables - with no consistent structure.

HypoDossier recognises and classifies every document, extracts the relevant data using large language models and machine learning, and links it across people, properties, periods and cases.

Unstructured documents thus become structured, verifiable and directly reusable data - every value with its source. Information can be verified transparently, contradictions between documents are detected automatically and data can be processed further directly.

HypoDossier is built for this constellation

What all these domains share

HypoDossier works as a specialised SaaS layer for document processing - cleanly separated from the systems it feeds.

All data is processed exclusively in Switzerland - aligned with FINMA requirements, ISAE 3000 certified.

  • Unstructured incoming documents in variable formats
  • Several departments access the same case
  • Decisions that depend on complete and correct information
  • Regulatory or legal requirements for traceability and archiving
